Eligibility:

Collinsville Kahok Hockey Club accepts applications for membership from any student entering the 7th-12th grade that resides in the Collinsville Community Unit School District. This includes students that attend private or home school.

Membership may also include players assigned to CKHC that live in unincorporated areas and are designated to play for CKHC by MVCHA.

CKHC membership approval status does not and shall not discriminate against actual or perceived race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ethnicity, ancestry, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, or based on that person’s association with a person or group with one or more of these actual or perceived characteristics.

2. Intent fee

3. Waivers

4. Signed Players Code of Conduct form

5. Consent to treat

6. SafeSport completion - players 17 or older as of Dec 31st

Season:

The regular season starts in the fall and generally run from August - March.

Off season practices start in the summer. Check calendar for available dates.
