Parent/Guardian/Volunteers
CKHC volunteer policy does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of actual or perceived race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ethnicity, ancestry, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, or military status, or based on that person’s association with a person or group with one or more of these actual or perceived characteristics, in any of its activities or operations.
Parents/Guardians may be asked to sign a parent code of conduct.
All parents/guardians of players will be required to participate with in-game duties including, but not limited to 50/50 drawings, penalty box attendant, or game announcer. Volunteers may be asked to participate in the club by serving on committees that include planning of activities, community outreach, functions, events, and fundraisers. All parents/guardians/directors/coaches/volunteers are required to comply with SafeSport reporting requirements and may be required to complete SafeSport training.
All directors/coaches/managers are required to provide proof of “cleared” background checks performed by Missouri Hockey.
