Collinsville Kahok Hockey Club is committed to fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment. We do not—and shall not—discriminate based on actual or perceived race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ethnicity, ancestry, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, military status, or a person’s association with individuals or groups with any of these characteristics. This policy applies to all activities and operations within our organization.
CKHC thrives through active family and community involvement. To ensure a positive experience for all participants:
Parent/Guardian Involvement: A Parent Code of Conduct may be required. In addition, all parents and guardians are expected to support in-game operations such as serving as a penalty box attendant or game announcer.
Club Support Opportunities: Volunteers may be invited to serve on committees for planning events, fundraising, and community outreach efforts. This involvement helps keep participation affordable and accessible for all students.
SafeSport Compliance: All parents, guardians, directors, coaches, and volunteers must comply with SafeSport reporting requirements and may be required to complete SafeSport training.
Background Checks: All directors, coaches, and managers must provide proof of a “cleared” background check as conducted through Missouri Hockey.
Player Code of Conduct: Parents and guardians are encouraged to review and understand the Player Code of Conduct to ensure alignment with team expectations and values.
